Where we deliver
We deliver to the areas listed on our delivery areas page. Some areas have free delivery. Others add a small delivery fee per delivery, shown before you pay.
If your address is not listed, message us. Some neighbouring pockets are reachable and we will confirm on the same day.
Delivery windows
We deliver Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or on days announced as closed.
- Lunch: between 11 AM and 1 PM, usually at the office.
- Dinner: between 7 PM and 9 PM, usually at home.
Freshness
Bowls are cooked at 7 AM in our Gota kitchen and dispatched from 11 AM. Dressing is packed separately. Please eat your bowl within a few hours of delivery.
What we need from you
Give us a complete address with a landmark and a phone number that can be reached during the delivery window. If our rider cannot reach you after two attempts, the bowl may be left with reception or security, or treated as delivered.
Delays
Traffic, weather and road closures can delay a delivery. If your bowl is more than 30 minutes past the end of your window, message us and we will find out where it is.
