Why the dressing travels separately
A small tub, a big difference: how we keep a bowl crisp for the four hours between our kitchen and your desk.

If you have ever opened a salad at your desk and found it wilted, the dressing was probably the cause. Acid and oil start softening leaves within minutes.
Our rule
The dressing always goes in its own tub, and you pour it just before eating. It costs us a little more packaging, and it is the single best thing we do for texture.
Three small habits
- Pour the dressing over the top, then toss gently with the lid on.
- Eat within an hour of dressing. The bowl is at its best then.
- Keep the bowl out of direct sun on your desk; cool greens stay crisp longer.
Allergens
Every dressing is listed with its allergens on the bowl page. If something is not right for you, tell us on WhatsApp and we will swap it.
